Shipping policy

PRE-MADE: All PRE-MADE Items will be shipped in 24-48 hours upon purchase. Once purchased a tracking ID number will be generated and emailed to you.

PRE-ORDER: All PRE-ORDER Items will take 2-4 weeks to manufacture and will take another week to be shipped. Once upon arrival, all orders will be shipped with urgency in the next 24-48 hours, and all updates, emails & text messages will be sent to customers throughout the whole process to ensure that you will get your items.
